Plaza Ballroom.
Measuring 5,040 square feet, the elegant Plaza Ballroom can be divided into three equal spaces for conferences, trade shows, banquets and grand gala affairs. Our creative hospitality team can transform the Plaza Ballroom into a magical celebration, a romantic wedding venue or a festive family reunion for up to 750 guests. With 11 foot ceilings and stylish décor, this exquisite ballroom and its adjacent 2,731 square feet of pre-function space can accommodate up to 50 (8’ x 10’) exhibition booths.
Peninsula Ballroom.
The beautiful Peninsula Ballroom offers 2,640 square feet of meeting and event space, which can be divided into four separate rooms for more intimate gatherings. Accessible through the hotel or a separate entrance, this versatile event space is ideal for celebrations, receptions, parties, and corporate events for up to 300 people.Parkside Room.
The 798 square foot Parkside Room is an ideal space for hospitality receptions, intimate banquets, business sessions, or private office space for larger conferences for up to 80 attendees. This stylish room offers several windows that provide a warm, natural lighting. [Top]Bayside Room.
The flexible Bayside Room, adjacent to the pre-function area, divides into two equal sections for a variety of business meetings and social events. At 1240 square feet, this multi-use space can accommodate up to 150 people.Cypress Room A, B & C.
Located in a private area, separate from the other meeting rooms, the flexible Cypress Room is comprised of three separate 243 sq. ft. boardrooms that offer solitude and privacy for those "top secret" meetings, corporate roundtables and think-tanks.Terra Room.
Located off the West Bay Café in our lobby, the Terra Room provides a comfortable environment for private dinner parties, luncheons and intimate breakfast gatherings. This wonderful, cozy room is perfect for wedding rehearsal dinners or casual business luncheons. The Terra Room is also an ideal boardroom for your next business meeting.
