Thank you for introducing State Fund to your hotel. I have the pleasure of, at least, remembering your names and faces. I only wish I had a complete list of all who assisted us. This thank you extends to all who made the “tour” such a spectacular event. I can only speak for the Marketing Department in our role of planning events for State Fund employees. In that capacity, I was truly impressed by your level of commitment to your clients. You come across as professionals in every way.
As to the festivities, I am not sure words do the luncheon justice. The decorations were superlative, the company excellent and the food truly memorable. You certainly put us at our ease and turned, what could have been a routine meeting, into an unforgettable experience.
My staff will look forward to the pleasure of working with. It is worthwhile describing to you how we differ from the other programs that set up their training on a predictable yearly plan. Our training is driven by marketing needs. It changes yearly with the development of new programs and the training of personnel chosen for these programs.
We lack the luxury of putting together this training well in advance. Now that you are forewarned, we will come to you and see what dates you have available, let’s say, 6 weeks out and then juggle our time frames to fit these options. It is challenging for all concerned. At the same time it seems to work. We will keep in touch with you, in the meantime, so that you have as much warning, as we do, of what to expect.
Returning to the wonderful event that you created for us, it clearly has all the signs of thoughtful planning and organization to come across as so pleasant and easily done. We look forward to making that experience mutual in the months to come.
