The Plaza Ballroom which measures 5,040 square feet can be divided into three equal sections for conferences, trade shows or grand gala affairs. With 11 foot ceilings, this elegant ballroom and its adjacent 2,731 square feet of pre-function space can accommodate up to 50 (8' 0" x 10' 0") exhibition booths. Let our creative hospitality team transform the Plaza Ballroom into a romantic wedding venue or festive family reunion celebration for up to 750 guests.

The Peninsula Ballroom offers 2,640 square feet (245 square meters) of meeting and event area, which can be divided into four equal sections. Perfect for hosting private gatherings and parties, this ballroom can be accessed through the hotel or through side entrance doors next to the rooms.

The Parkside Room is ideal for hospitality receptions, small intimate banquets, or office space for larger conferences. This versatile room also offers the option of windows.

The flexible Bayside Room, adjacent to the pre-function area, divides into two equal sections for a variety of business and social

Cypress Room I, II, and III are three separate boardroom-size rooms, each measuring 243 square feet (23 square meters). Located in a unique area, separate from the other meeting rooms, they offer solitude and privacy for those "top secret" meetings and thinktanks.

The Terra Room, located off the West Bay Café, provides a private, intimate environment for dining parties for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is a wonderful, cozy room for wedding rehearsal dinners or casual business luncheons.
